Founded in 2017 in Istanbul by Irem Kinay, Madame Malachite is a house of craft dedicated to the transformative power of color and material. The house takes its name and spirit from the stone itself. Malachite has been revered since antiquity for its vivid green veining and its association with protection and renewal, and this belief runs through every creation: objects, like talismans, shape the atmosphere of a space and become quiet witnesses to our lives. Working primarily with leather and natural stones, Madame Malachite reimagines trays, boxes, games, library accessories, and furniture as companions for living. Traditional craftsmanship meets contemporary design in bold color compositions, forming a modern cabinet of curiosities. Each piece is handcrafted at Atelier Madame Malachite, the brand's studio in Istanbul, and conceived as a jewel for the home and a talisman for the spirit.
