Architects with a passion for design and fashion, Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet, founded the Humbert & Poyet agency in Monaco in 2008. They specialise in high-end hotel and residential projects.

Cultivating elegant a bold designs, the duo favour pure lines and noble materials such as wood and marble, in line with major aesthetic movements such as Art Deco and Mid-Century styles.

Emil Humbert and Christophe Poyet have designed interiors for private residences, restaurants (Beefbar in Paris, Athens, Malta, Hong Kong, Dubai…), hotels (the rooms at the very Parisian Hoxton and the Josun Palace in Seoul), and luxury retail projects such as the Aquazzurra in New York.

They also design furniture pieces, working in partnership with renowned manufacturers such as Nobilis for their fabric collection. In 2023, the agency celebrated its 15^th anniversary with the memorable opening of the Beefbar in Milan. In 2024, they unveiled the Beefbar in New York, the Coquelicot, a Belmond Boat, a luxury barge belonging to the Belmond Group sailing in the Champagne region, as well as launching their online gallery for decorative objects named the Monte-Carlo Gallery.
