After a first professional career, including time in London, Oscar Lucien Ono founded the interior design studio Maison Numéro 20 in 2014. Based in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, at the crossroads of art and design, he embodies a new era of interior architecture with a portfolio of private residences, hotels, restaurants, and boutiques worldwide.
Known for his eclectic style and bold designs, Oscar Lucien Ono draws from a multitude of sources, reinterpreting them to offer his vision of refinement and elegance. With a degree in art history, he creates captivating dialogues between various creative disciplines and aesthetic movements.
Every project designed by Maison Numéro 20 tells a unique story, offering an emotional response to the space, creating what can be described as “design narrative”. With a strong fondness for contrasts, the interior designer works with subtle, understated decors, where the richness of textures and materials is elevated by “chiaroscuro” lighting.
