Pratesi

The story of Pratesi began with love. In 1896, a young wine merchant, Remigio Pratesi, commissioned an extraordinary set of linens for the woman he hoped to marry. Crafted by local seamstresses over two years, the linens featured intricate embroidery and delicate lacework. This romantic gesture marked the start of a legacy. In 1906, inspired by the success of his trousseau, Remigio established the House of Pratesi, catering to the Florentine and Tuscan nobility.

Today, Pratesi’s collections bear this legacy, crafted in Italy by skilled artisans who honor the brand’s heritage with each meticulously finished piece. Pratesi linens are untouched by the passage of time, embodying a standard of luxury perfected over generations. Each piece is woven in Italy’s finest mills, hand-cut by expert masters, and finished with embroidery of unparalleled precision. This careful craftsmanship ensures that every Pratesi collection stands as a timeless piece of art, radiating the brand’s distinctive elegance.
