Studio Louis Morgan

Founded in Paris in 2012 by interior architect and designer Louis Aspar, Studio Louis Morgan specialises in designing hotels, restaurants, and residential projects, distinguished by a strong narrative energy and a distinctive creative tone. Its portfolio includes several notable Parisian addresses: Immersion (Sentier and République), Bloom Sushi (Batignollesand Wagram), Giulia Club, Maison Pinsa, and most recently, Red Katz.

A graduate of ENSCI (École Nationale Supérieure de Création Industrielle), Louis Asparhoned his skills at Ateliers Jean Nouvel before joining designer Ora-ïto’s studio and later becoming a project manager at the branding agency Lonsdale.

The environments created by Studio Louis Morgan are immersive and vibrant, seamlessly bridging the gap between minimalism and maximalism. Each project tells a unique story, regardless of the space’s size or function.

The studio is currently working on an exciting array of projects: a new location for the Immersion chain (rue des Martyrs), the Indian restaurant Kuna (rue du Louvre), two Japanese cuisine establishments, Menkicchi and Zenzoo, the future rooftop restaurant at BHV, the Parisian outpost of the iconic Biarritz institution Maison Plaisir, as well as the renovation of Hôtel d’Argenson and several residential projects across France.
