From the planning stage to the installation of furnishings, David-Olivier Descombes, founder of the DOD ARCHITECTE agency, is actively involved in every stage of a project. He carefully studies the environment, light, volumes, and materials, while paying close attention to the choice of colors and natural materials that he loves.
The result is spaces that are both elegant and easy to live in, designed in perfect harmony with the essence of the project, whether residential or commercial.
Led by a multidisciplinary team that responds to each request with rigor, DOD ARCHITECTE has designed and built many restaurants and hotels over the last ten years. These include Ardent (Paris), Kanopé (Paris), Kozy Bosquet (Paris), Uno (Paris), Bouillon Pigalle (Paris), Tripletta (Paris, Bordeaux, and Marseille), and the Hotel des Carmes (Aurillac).
Accustomed to the constraints of urban construction sites and an expert in optimizing spaces, David-Olivier Descombes also designs retail spaces like Petit Bailly (Paris) and offices, such as the co-working space in the Euralille shopping center. In addition, he has designed private projects, both large and small, for houses, apartments, and collective housing in the Paris region and more recently in Normandy.
