Par Excellence is a New York–based agency dedicated to interior design and bespoke furniture, uniting 15 exceptional houses that embody rare craftsmanship: from straw marquetry and decorative painting to embroidery, upholstery, lighting, and plasterwork. Together, they collaborate with designers and architects to bring ambitious projects to life. Founded in 2016 by Charles Jouffre, head of Ateliers Jouffre, Par Excellence has established itself as a true ambassador of French savoir-faire in the heart of Manhattan.

Since taking the helm in 2018, CEO Guillaume Bouchez has spearheaded initiatives to elevate the collective’s profile, including the launch of a showroom-apartment in NoHo, one of New York’s most coveted neighborhoods. The dialogue between France and the United States continues through high-profile collaborations such as with the École Boulle and participation in landmark events. This spirit of synergy also shines through the showcases of its members, from the HENRI showroom in Annecy to the upcoming Ateliers Jouffre in Paris.
